I am adept at imparting effective tools to Export Managers for analyzing and selecting markets that currently offer the greatest potential, thanks to my continuous monitoring and updates on market trends.

Furthermore, within my services aimed at internationalizing industrial SMEs, I teach modern and effective methods of customer acquisition and building commercial networks. These methods utilize marketing tools aligned with market needs and client preferences.


I typically operate for limited periods—usually around one year—based on agreed objectives. For instance, I can develop new foreign markets for companies already engaged in exporting, thereby expanding their customer base or identifying new commercial intermediaries (agents, dealers, distributors, leads, etc.).


I prefer to work onsite, alongside the entrepreneur and their sales team. Due to geographical proximity, I primarily operate in Lombardy, Veneto, and Emilia Romagna regions.
